This experience is for the woman behind the titles, the responsibilities, the routines. The woman who may have forgotten how extraordinary she truly is.

EmpowerHer is a heart-led initiative created for the woman who gives endlessly, supports everyone around her, and rarely takes a moment for herself. It’s not business-focused, not branding-related. It’s simply a celebration of her.

The space where her story, her beauty, and her strength finally meet.

What the EmpowerHer Project Is

The EmpowerHer Project is a transformational, VIP experience where one woman is nominated to receive a full day of care, celebration, and confidence-building support.

With a dedicated team of San Diego women business owners, The Confidence Collective, she receives:

A personalized styling session with Vanessa Napolitano, founder of Closet and Therapy
Professional makeover - hair & makeup with Helena Aguirre, owner of LivRo Salon
A supportive, joy-filled photoshoot with Carina Fleckner Photography (me!)
A safe space where she feels valued, beautiful, and cared for
Other services and products donated by businesses in our community (massages, coaching sessions, cosmetics, etc)

Throughout the day, she’s reminded of something powerful: She’s worthy of care, beauty, and attention She deserves this.

The Transformation

This project is about far more than a makeover.

It’s about the moment she finally sees herself with fresh eyes: confident, radiant, grounded, and strong.

The EmpowerHer Project is meant to be the reset, the reminder, and the reconnection. It’s the moment women walk away saying, “I haven’t felt this beautiful in years… today reminded me who I am.”

A quiet, powerful shift back toward self-worth and self-love.
